Following on from the success of their 1st coffee shop in Blaby, Paul & Danny Jenno successfully tendered to run the new coffee shop being built by Everards Brewery at their new head office/brewery complex – Everards Meadows in Leicester

SRW Retail Services Ltd were chosen to design, supply & install the new coffee shop counter, rear prep counters, sink & dishwasher station, refrigerated sandwich & cake displays, solid door chillers & freezers, ice makers & glass/dishwashers and an exterior walk-in freezer room.

The client had a very good idea of what they wanted from the very beginning, and had produced a full design brief before acquiring their site.

Upon receiving the keys, we met on site to discuss designs and take the required dimensions and full site survey to ensure all of our electrical and waste connections worked well.

An ambitious menu which I am pleased to say works, offered challenges when fitting all equipment onto their 6 metre stainless steel back wall preparation area. Welded sinks, storage space, refrigeration, prep space, counter top appliances such as blenders, waffle machines, toasters, water boilers and coffee machines were all a consideration. All were fully incorporated to make what is one of the busiest and most consistent independent coffee shops in the East Midlands.
